Established in 2000
DMIX was established in 2000 with the view to supply high quality ready mixed concrete on time to prestigious projects in Dubai.
The company is led by Chairman Mr. Hamad Ali Saif Lootah who is supported by a senior management team with many years of experience gained through working in different parts of the world.
DMIX currently produces conventional concrete, high-strength concrete, high-performance concrete, self-compacting concrete, flow-create
and lean mixes.
At present DMIX is operating from the manufacturing facility in Jebel Ali Industrial Area and Dubai Silicon Oasis. The company operates with
a fleet of 71 transit mixers, 9 mobile pumps, 11 static pumps, 17 placing booms and 6 fully computerized batching plants.
DMIX produces concrete in accordance with the applicable codes and standards including BS 8500, BS EN 206, ASTM C 94 and DM Circular 202.
We have established a fully equipped quality control laboratory that operates in accordance with the requirements of ISO 9001 and project specification. The QC laboratory is led by experienced concrete technologists and run by a team of well trained concrete technicians, who ensure that all raw materials and final products meet the customers’ specifications and regulatory codes.

History
The history of DMIX starts in 2000, when Dubai’s economy shifted from oil-reliant to service and tourism-oriented, the owners of General Construction Company and Buhaleeba Contracting could visualize the upcoming boom in the construction industry in the following years. Dubai government’s decision to diversify economy to service and tourism- oriented has made the real estate and thereby the construction and other related industries more demanding. Construction on a large scale has turned Dubai into one of the fastest growing cities in the world.
Two concrete batching plants manufactured by Liebherr (Germany) had been installed in the same year at the Jebel Ali Industrial Area 3. The initial idea was to cater the ready mix concrete demands for the parent construction companies General Construction Company and Buhaleeba Contracting.
When the real estate business and construction industry experienced the boom in 2004- 2006, the high demand for ready mixed concrete in the market has led the owners of DMIX Concrete to install another two concrete batching plants (Liebherr) in the same depot in 2005.
Dubai Silicon Oasis depot was established in the summer of 2017, with two Liebherr concrete batching plants, uniquely located to serve the projects of the eastern area.
